We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn and unused — shoes that have been worn outside cannot be returned.
• Item must be in its original packaging with all tags, insoles, and accessories included.
• Include your order number when contacting us to start a return.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your Aramex tracking.
• For UAE returns, we will arrange collection — you do not need to drop the item off anywhere.

Our returns process is simple — follow these steps:

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your account details when contacting us.
• Refunds cannot be processed to an alternate payment method other than the one originally used.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If your shoes do not fit, here is how we handle it:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Send photos of the damage or defect via WhatsApp at +971 50 968 0530 or email info@slimta.com.
• We will arrange collection of the defective item at our cost.
• You will receive either a replacement pair or a full refund — your choice.
• Defective items are not subject to the standard 14-day window — manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days from delivery.

SLIMTA reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet our return conditions. The following items are not eligible:

This return policy applies only to orders placed directly through slimta.com. If you purchased SLIMTA shoes from an independent retailer, reseller, or marketplace, please contact that retailer directly regarding their own return and refund policy. SLIMTA cannot process returns or refunds for products purchased through third-party channels.

For GCC and international returns, the following applies:

• Customers outside the UAE are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees paid by the customer on the original order are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns. SLIMTA is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
• For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman — please check your country's customs regulations before returning an item.
