Shipping policy

1. UAE Delivery
Orders under AED 100 ship for AED 15. Orders of AED 100 or more receive free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days from Ajman via Aramex.

2. International Delivery
We ship to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Egypt and Jordan. Standard shipping is a flat AED 35, with an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days. There is no free shipping option for international orders.

3. Other Destinations
Shipping availability and rates for destinations outside the UAE and the countries listed above are shown at checkout where available. If no shipping option is available for your destination, please contact SLIMTA before ordering.

4. Order Processing / Delivery Estimates
Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center in Ajman. Dispatch is available Monday to Saturday; there is no dispatch on Sundays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time are eligible for same-day dispatch; orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next dispatch day. Same-day dispatch is not same-day delivery. SLIMTA offers standard delivery only. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier operations, customs or circumstances outside SLIMTA's reasonable control.

5. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout. SLIMTA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

6. Delays
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, please contact us and we will look into it.

7. Tracking
You will receive an Aramex tracking number by SMS and/or email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order at our tracking page.

8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for UAE orders.
